Ce site est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l'une des tombes royales les plus importantes de l'\u00c9gypte antique. Les rois et reines des dynasties \u00e9gyptiennes antiques y furent enterr\u00e9s durant l'Ancien et le Nouvel Empire (vers 1550-1070 av. J.-C.). <\/p>\n<p>Les tombeaux de la Vall\u00e9e des Rois sont r\u00e9put\u00e9s pour leur importance historique et artistique incomparable. Ils abritent les tombeaux des rois de l'\u00c9gypte antique, dont celui de Tout\u00e2nkhamon, d\u00e9couvert par l'arch\u00e9ologue britannique Howard Carter en 1922 et mentionn\u00e9 dans la mythologie \u00e9gyptienne. De plus, de nombreuses tombes annexes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvertes, contenant des peintures murales et des inscriptions uniques, offrant de pr\u00e9cieux renseignements sur la vie, les croyances et l'art de l'\u00c9gypte antique.  <\/p>\n<p>La Vall\u00e9e des Rois et des Reines est l'un des sites touristiques les plus importants d'\u00c9gypte, attirant chaque ann\u00e9e des milliers de visiteurs venus d\u00e9couvrir ce magnifique patrimoine culturel.
